At Cherry Lush Fitwear, we want you to be 100% happy with your order and if we receive the returned product within 14 days of you receiving it we will issue an exchange or a credit.
We have a strict policy in relation to the condition of the items. All returned items must be as new, unworn and in original packaging. Failure to meet our policy will result in an immediate rejection of the return. If you are unsure about any aspect of this policy, please contact us first using orders@cherrylushfitwear.com.
Sale/Outlet items: Please note any sale items are finalized.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange or credit will be processed within 3-5 business days.
I want to cancel / amend my order
If you do wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with the following information:
We will always strive to amend your order before it leaves our warehouse, but we aren't always able to. We will do all we can to help out but cannot be held accountable for your mistake or incorrect orders.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
Please note Cherry Lush Fitwear takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you send your returns via a tracked and insured delivery service.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Please allow up to 3 business days for processing at our fulfillment center before your order is shipped. Orders placed after 2pm Friday PST will start processing the following Monday. Shipping times are calculated after processing and after the item has shipped. Once Orders are placed they cannot be changed. Exchanges can still be made. Cherry Lush Sportswear is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to the Postal Service. Please allow 5-7 business days processing time prior to shipping during our Black Friday Cyber Monday Sale.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once delivered or an incorrectly entered address. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer's address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing or stolen items with the appropriate Postal Carrier or credit card.
Any orders delivered damaged must be reported within 14 days and the damaged package must be delivered to your local USPS office for us to file a claim on your behalf.
